Stephen Nock, CEO of &joy Coaching
Stephen is a certified coach and teamwork facilitator who helps professionals navigate career transitions with confidence and clarity. Prior to coaching, his professional focus was managing customer experience and technical writing teams, as well as overseeing localization as an organizationâs internal sponsor. He holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a masters in Technical Communication, as well as certificates of study in yoga (RYT200) and coaching (ICF ACC).
Stephen spent 12 years in technical start-ups in the US and Germany, before pivoting into coaching. His own life and career shifts have given him firsthand insight into reinvention, making him a strong advocate for lifelong learning and career resilience.
Through his business, &joy Coaching, since 2022 he has supported professionals in navigating industry and life shifts, overcoming uncertainty, and defining sustainable career and life paths. Although born in Germany as an American citizen, he was raised in the US and has lived in Berlin since 2017.

Iulia Oprea is a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Coach for Teams and Individuals, dedicated to helping people reconnect with who they truly areâbeyond roles, pressure, and old patterns.
Her work brings together Gestalt coaching, somatic awareness, and embodiment practices, offering a grounded path to resilience and meaningful leadership. Iulia believes real strength comes from understanding ourselves deeply and living in alignment with our values, not just pushing through.
Through years of personal and professional explorationâincluding ongoing therapy, coaching, and supervisionâshe has witnessed how powerful self-awareness and self-regulation can be in transforming lives and organizations.
Today, she teaches individuals and teams how to navigate stress, build sustainable success, and create environments where human beings can truly thrive.
